Ryan Murray Thompson was in the business of nourishing bodies and souls, and she never left home without her trusty pink chef shoes.
As a local chef she put her love and whole heart into each dish she crafted to feed her friends, family, clients, and anyone else who was lucky enough to find themselves with a seat at her table.
Ryan’s other passion was mentoring and championing the next generation of chefs and foodies. That’s why, after her death in 2021, the Pink Chef Shoes Scholarship Fund was established to honor her memory by providing an annual financial grant to an aspiring chef. So that they, too, can make the world a better place, one delicious meal at a time.
